Congratulations on your special day!

The tables were decorated with cowboys boots
with white flowers in them. Dad was a dairyman
for over 30 years. The boots were a fun reminder
of many wonderful years together on the dairy.

Mom greeting many of the guests.

Here is mom and dad posing for one of their 50th
Anniversary pictures. They are standing by one of
dad's favorite antique tractors near their home.

We enjoyed watching mom and dad dancing.
Aren't they cute??

Here we are presenting mom and dad with a
memory book we compiled for them. Children
and Grandchildren shared their
special memories in the book. Thanks Kristi
for working so hard to get the book ready to
present to mom and dad.

On Saturday , July 19, 2008 we celebrated
50 wonderful years with my parents
Philip and Gloria Greer. It was a special
evening with many family and friends.
I am so proud of my parents for their love
and kindness to one another. They have been
wonderful examples to me and my family. What
a blessing it has been to have mom and dad as our
neighbors. We Love You!

Kelsie's first golf cart ride

Kelsie and Mommy are waiting for the golf cart.

Great Grandma Greer holding Kelsie.

Great Grandma Greer came down to Grandma Farnsworth's
and gave Kelsie at five month's old her first golf cart ride.
Kelsie, Mommy, Daddy, Grandpa Farnsworth, and Aunt
Lindsay also rode with Kelsie. She was happy and enjoyed it all.
This will be the first of many golf cart rides.

4th of July in the mountains!

David and Tanner kept us very well stocked with
firewood every morning. Thanks for the warm
fires.

Here we are finishing the hike at the pond.

Each afternoon we had fun playing softball.

Here are the hardy campers relaxing by the
campfire.

Lacey and Cydnee getting warm by the fire.

It got chilly after a rain and we started adding
more layers of clothes.

Enjoying stories by the campfire.

Dad watching the ball game.

The boys playing video games!

Lacey and Kristi keeping warm.

We had lots of fun enjoying eachother's
company.

Our family loves camping it has always been
our funnest memories together. Our children
are going in all different directions this year. Lindsay
was working, Trevor is married to Lori and has
blessed us with our sweet granddaughter
Kelsie. Heath and Grant are serving missions.
It is quiet at home so David and I decided to go camping
in the mountains and enjoy the company of my sisters
Kathy and Kristi and their families for the 4th of July.
We enjoyed playing games, eating, going on hikes, bike riding,
more eating, and some fun games of softball! It rained
everyday. It was beautiful. My mom ,dad and Cydnee
came up and stayed most of Friday.
Brad, Stephanie, Parker and Bryce also visited.
It was fun having them with us. For dinner we had
sloppy joes and had smores for dessert. Yum Yum!
That was a big hit! When it was dark we enjoyed
having a movie night with popcorn and hot chocolate.
It was a fun time had by all. We sure hated to come
back home to the heat.

Taking Heath to the M.T.C.

Heath receives his name tag

Lindsay, Elder Farnsworth, Mom and Dad spending
time together in the foyer at the M.T.C.

Heath entering the foyer to receive his missionary
name tag.

Again we are headed to Provo, Utah to take Heath to the
M.T.C. He is to report Wed. April 16th. Grant has been
at the M.T.C. for 5 weeks already. So Heath is ready to
join him. It was a windy and cold morning when we
dropped Heath off. We went again to the chapel where
the missionary orientation was. This is where we
say goodbye. I know this would not be easy but Heath
kept telling me mom "I am so happy and I will be just fine."
As I gave him a big kiss and hug he turned and left
excited to start his mission. I left again being proud and
was hoping that Heath and Grant would be able to see
each other soon.

Taking Grant to the M.T.C.

Here is Grant entering the front doors of the M.T.C.
inside these doors is the foyer where Grant receives his
missionary name tag.

This is Elder Bostwick he was going to the Baltic
mission also. It was fun for Grant to meet
him and his family. Later we found out that
Elder Bostwick and Elder Farnsworth
were companions at the M.T.C.

Grant's missionary name tag.

A picture of my two missionaries!

We were on our way to drive Grant to
Provo, Utah. He was to report Wed. March 12th
to the M.T.C. Was I ready for this? Grant was
so excited to be a missionary and start his
mission. It was very hard for me to say goodbye for
two years. When it was time to say goodbye at the M.T.C
I did'nt want to let him go. I gave him a big hug and kiss
the tears were just flowing but when
he turned around he had the biggest smile I
had ever seen. I wiped away my tears and walked
right out the door. Grant's letters and emails
have kept me happy. He is doing wonderful!!

Barbeque for Heath and Grant!

Everyone loves getting rides on Grandpa's
golf cart! You just have to wait your turn.

It was a fun evening with lots of good friends.

This is a priceless picture! The boys love
Grandma!

Thanks Bret for cooking those yummy hamburgers!

We love you Aunt Pam!

We are party animals! We love the opportunity to get
together with our family and friends to celebrate!
The boys had just received their mission calls so
why not a better time to eat!! The weather was
beautiful so we set tables and chairs outside with
balloons and Kristi made flags to show where the
boys were called to. Heath will serve in Argentina
and Grant will serve in Latvia. We had a wonderful
evening. Thanks to all who came and have been
such great examples to us.
